Refund policy

At Sideline Scribbles, we’re all about keeping our customers happy with their gear. That’s why we offer free shipping on all returns and exchanges for orders within the U.S. - no hassle, no worries. If you’re not happy with your gear, just return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, credit, or size swap for the same product. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging and your receipt of purchase.

Every Sideline Scribbles piece is printed just for you after you place your order, so most orders arrive in 2–4 weeks, and a bit longer during the holiday season.

Ready to return or exchange? Email us at sales@sidelinescribbles.com. Just as a heads-up: initial shipping costs aren’t refundable, as these funds are used to purchase the shipping label for your original order.

When it comes to exchanges, they’re treated as a size swap for the same product. If you’re eyeing something different, a difference in price might come into play. In this case, you’ll pay the difference through an invoice or be refunded the difference.

Any products marked as “Final Sale” are ineligible for Return or Exchange. Final sale items will be marked clearly during check out.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Email us at sales@sidelinescribbles.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement and make it right.
