Refund policy

Our standard return window is 15 days from the date your order was delivered.

• To start a return or for questions, you can contact us at sales@sidelinescribbles.com. A return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if the return label provided is used.
• Your product(s) must be returned new, unused with all garment tags still attached. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received with these specified conditions.
• If you wish to exchange your purchase for a completely new item or a different size, follow the steps in the returns process.
• To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
• You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
